What does the 3P application do?

This application offers Kosovo Telecom customers the opportunity to receive a symbolic credit of up to 3 Euros as an electronic top-up or 3.5 Euros of 3G/4G Data at no additional cost.

Get credit as an electronic top-up or internet only with a phone number by using the 3P application.

How can the debt be repaid?

To repay the borrowed amount, all you need to do is top-up your credit at any Kosovo Telecom point of sale or by recharging your account with scratch cards from Telekom of Kosovo.

When can Kosovo Telekom customers take sos-credit?

If you are a Kosovo Telecom customer for at least 3 months or more, and If you have no other outstanding depts.

What are the associated costs for customers that are using 3P services?

Kosovo Telecom customers pay the same price of credit top-up based on how much they have previously borrowed. The usage of 3P application is free the additional cost for the 3P service is 0 (Zero) Euro.
